For donations of more than €300, a donation receipt will be sent for tax purposes in Germany. Donations up to €300 can be submitted to the tax office without an official donation receipt with the deposit slip of the bank transfer (e.g. a bank statement).
All donation receipts will be provided collectively at the end of the calendar year.
EU countries:
In some EU countries, the deposit receipt of the bank transfer (e.g. a bank statement) is recognized as a tax-deductible receipt. However, this varies from country to country and must be checked by the respective employee.
Non-EU countries:
Donations are usually not tax-deductible because the Siemens Caring Hands e.V. is registered in Germany.

To provide the best possible assistance, the association’s board independently approaches suitable project organisations and selects projects on a specific and targeted basis. Therefore, general enquiries cannot be answered.

Donations can be made as of now and Siemens AG will initially match all donations.
Siemens AG will match every cash amount donated, meaning the company will donate the same amount to Siemens Caring Hands.
With the donations, important aid measures for the Ukrainian families who are looking for refuge in neighboring countries will be implemented – for example, by providing them with food, accommodation and means of communication. More than €1 million have already been donated to the German Red Cross as emergency humanitarian aid. Further measures are currently being prepared.
