Im Dezember 2024 traf ein verheerender Wirbelsturm die franz\u00f6sische Insel Mayotte. Dabei kamen mehrere Menschen ums Leben und \u00fcber 1000 Personen wurden verletzt. Dar\u00fcber hinaus hinterlie\u00df der Sturm ein hohes Ma\u00df an Zerst\u00f6rung auf der Insel. Siemens Caring Hands e.V. hat den agierenden Partner vor Ort, das Croix-Rouge-Francaise bei wichtigen Hilfslieferungen f\u00fcr die betroffene Bev\u00f6lkerung unterst\u00fctzt. Im Oktober 2024 f\u00fchrten \u00fcberdurchschnittlich starke Regenf\u00e4lle zu verheerenden \u00dcberschwemmungen in Spanien. Mehrere hundert Menschen starben in den betroffenen Gebieten, viele weitere verloren ihre H\u00e4user, Autos oder ihr gesamtes Hab und Gut in den Fluten. Gemeinsam mit Partnerorganisationen vor Ort hilft Siemens Caring Hands e.V. den betroffenen Gemeinden.<\/p>\n

Insgesamt sind in der Ukraine 17,6 Millionen Menschen auf Schutz und humanit\u00e4re Hilfe angewiesen.
